Highlights:

Time mark: 5:34

1 John 5:20

"We know that the Son of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him that is True, and we are in Him that is True, even in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the True God, and Eternal Life."

I want you to know that you can be healed, you can be set free, and you can be delivered from these things. Though you were abused, you are not irreparably damaged goods no matter what others say. God doesn't make junk. He has made us to be resilient and to recover from adverse experiences, when people do things that they're not suppossed to do to each other. We've all suffered as the object of other's misbehaviors that have wounded our soul, caused deep heartaches and trauma, but all can be recovered when we go to our Creator and Healer in humility, confession, and true repentance!

God has given us the ability to overcome by the power in the blood of the Lamb of Jesus Christ, we can overcome. We are triumphant through Christ Jesus. Don't let anyone ever make you feel that you cannot get out alright.

He picked us up and pulled us out of the muck and the mire. He did that intentionally. He first loved us before we even thought about getting ourselves together. Don't ever give up on yourself, and don't let anyone tell you that you do not have the ability or the right.

You have the right to live life and live it abundantly. When God saves us, He said, this joy that I have for you, the world can not take it away. God wants you to be happy!

Time mark: 9:17

We must renew our mind to the truth, that God has made us to be resilient in the face of every adversity. We must terminate all the negative lies that the enemy impresses upon our mind daily, attempting to destroy our self-esteem, and instead profess the Truth that I am safe, I belong, and I'm important and I have a mission to serve God being a blessing to others that God has put in my life.

The enemy is running so much negative "self" talk through our minds, that we must stop meditating on these lies, and take direction over our thoughts, saying to our self:

"I'm saved through the blood of Jesus. I belong because I am a child of the Most High God. I'm a part of a royal priesthood, a holy nation, and I matter. He loves me because He made me FOR HIS PLEASURE, therefore I'm important to God notwithstanding all the negativity in this world!"

Revelation 4:11

"Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power, for thou hast created all things, and FOR THY PLEASURE they are and (I AM) created!"

As much as negativity has been burdened upon us by others in life, things that we do not want, didn't ask for, and God never intended for us to bear, we must fight back just as hard positively with the Truth of God's Word, so that these negative thorns in our heart, mind, and flesh can be thoroughly removed from their ugly roots and replaced by the Tree of Life!

You've got to patiently speak to yourself and let the Truth of the Word of God go deep down into your inner being because the damage that was inflicted against us went deep, but so does the Truth of God's unfailing love for us when we mediate on His Word of Truth, opening our Bible daily and fellowshipping with the lover of our soul, Jesus Christ, the Word of God!

Romans 8:35-39

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:

"For your sake we face death all day long, we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered."

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 12:2

"Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the RENEWING OF YOUR MIND, that you may demonstrate what is that good, and acceptable, and PERFECT WILL OF GOD. (Displacing that which was done against us, against God's will!)

Ephesians 4:21-27

As surely you heard of Him and were taught in Him in accordance with The Truth that is in Jesus. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to PUT OFF YOUR OLD SELF, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires, BE RENEWED IN THE SPIRIT OF YOUR MIND, and to PUT ON THE NEW SELF, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

Therefore each of you must PUT OFF FALSEHOOD and SPEAK TRUTHFULLY to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body. "In your anger, do not sin", do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and DO NOT GIVE THE DEVIL A FOOTHOLD IN YOUR MIND.

Proverbs 16:24-25

"PLEASANT WORDS (of God's wisdom)are as an honeycomb, SWEET TO THE SOUL, AND HEALTH to the bones."

(On the contrary:) "There are ways that seems right unto a man (of man's wisdom), but the end thereof are the ways of death."

Psalms 41:4

I said, "Lord, be merciful unto me, HEAL MY SOUL, for I have sinned against Thee."

Proverbs 4:20-23

"My son, attend to my words. Incline thine ear unto My sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes. Keep them in the midst of your heart, for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh."

"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life."

Psalms 147:3-7

He heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds.

He tells the number of the stars. He calls them all by their names. (As He likewise knows each of us by name.)

Great is our Lord, and of great power.

His understanding is infinite!

The Lord lifts up the meek, and He casts the wicked down to the ground.

Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving!

Sing praise upon the harp unto our God!

Time mark: 13:20

Decide to be open to receive Father's counsel written for you as instructions in His Holy Word. Be observant to the Holy Spirit leading you to godly people who are diligent in the Word of God, who themselves are walking healed in their spirit and mind.

These are servants of God brought into your life to help you to obey God's Word, to encourage you, who will walk with you and nudge you in the way that you should go in your walk of salvation and restoration.

You have to renew your mind to Christ's view of you, and you have to tell yourself, I'm safe. I belong, I matter. This is essential to you building up resilience in walking out your journey in this world, until that day when we see Him face-to-face. Hallelujah!

Time mark: 13:52

When you're dealing with trauma, you need to understand how to REGULATE, RELATE, and REASON.

REGULATING builds positive relationships displacing the negative. This particularly helps if you are parenting as you'll be able to better teach and guide your children.

When something triggers us, something we heard said, or we saw, or by some other stimulation, and we notice that we've become angry, right then we need to be able to regulate our self when that bad memory of pain or trauma is recalled from our subconscious.

It greatly helps to take a moment to breathe. When we take a deep breath, the extra oxygen activates neurons, giving us the power to think clearly when we snap because something triggered us.

We've got to take that moment to breathe in and breathe out. Pray "Help me Lord, what's going on? Why is this person in my face like this?" We have to breathe, got to regulate our self, we've got to regulate our spirit and not react without thinking.

TO RELATE is also essential to understand and practice.

In a situation where a person verbally confronts us, while having regulated our reaction, we must then seek to relate to the person who otherwise would trigger bad emotions within us. Instead of focusing on our self, we must be the bigger person, stop and ask our self, where is he or she coming from? Why are they lashing out as they are. What's going on in their mind?

Even in the midst of someone creating a storm, and keep in mind it's their storm, we should not take ownership of their inappropriate words and actions, we can be the peace in the storm and take a moment to relate to why they are triggered, so that we can be a peacemaker for their betterment, rather than throwing fuel on the fire, which is exactly what evil spirits want us to do, to harm each other to our mutual demise, contrary to the will and ways of our Lord Jesus, our Prince of Peace whom we serve.

We may often see that a verbally abusive person is lashing out from their own insecurity that's rooted in an adverse experience that they haven't been healed of, or it may be they're taking the inspiration of the spirit of jealosy, pride, or a myriad of other evil spirits that has this person bound to serve, speaking and doing their will, evil against others.

Ephesians 6:10-12a

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,"

GODLY REASONING is what we must discipline our self to do following the moments of relating to where a triggered person is inappropriately coming from.

We must seek the wisdom of God's Holy Spirit, to guide and direct us as to how to answer, as God counsels us in His Word:

Proverbs 15:1,2,4,3

"A soft answer turns away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger."

"The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, but the mouth of fools pours out foolishness."

"A wholesome tongue is a Tree of Life, but perverseness of tongue is a breach in the spirit."

"The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good."

We are called to navigate this world full of relationships as Ambassadors of Christ who is Prince of Peace.

2 Corinthians 5:14-20

"For the love of Christ constrains us, because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead, and that he died for all,"

"that they which live should no more live unto themselves, but unto Him which died for them, and rose again."

"Therefore from now on we know no man as we see them in the natural, yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet from now on we know Him no more."

"Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature, the former person has passed away. Look, all things have become new!"

"All things are of God who has reconciled us to Himself by His Son Jesus Christ, and He has likewise given us the ministry of reconciliation,"

"To wit, the Father was in His Son, reconciling the world unto Himself, not holding their trespasses against them, and has committed unto us the same words of reconciliation."

"As peacemakers, we are called to serve as ambassadors of Christ."

Forgive in every moment as we have been forgiven, and respond to others in this character of Christ: love, even when others speak and act against us unlovingly from a hard heart bound by evil spirits lashing out sinfully.

Respond regulated, relating, and reasoning in the Holy Spirit.

Pray, "Lord have mercy, this person needs to be healed and delivered from evil spirits just as I also was in such great need and you set me free!"
