Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you", saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." (KJV)
"For I know the plans that I have for you", declares the Lord, "plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope." (NASB)
It's important to understand that things may have happened to us growing up, adverse childhood experiences, but these experiences do not define who we are. These things do not say, oh, because our because something bad happened to you or something traumatic happened to you that the rest of your life, you have to live according to that traumatic experience. No, you don't.
As God tells us right here in Jeremiah 29:11, He knows the thoughts that He has towards us. His thoughts are for us to have peace, not evil, and to give us an expected, meaning that we're to know that we are winning no matter what happened in our life, notwithstanding evil spirits impressing evil thoughts upon our mind tempting us to falsely believe that we are a failure.
Our Creator counsels us to renew our mind in Christ Jesus. And we have to say "No!" to the enemy, this is a very powerful two-letter word as every child and even dog knows!
That happened to me, but "No, you lying demons, the evil that you inspired others to inflict upon me, does not define me! My God alone defines me and He says that I am made in His image!"
Traumas were inflicted against me, but past circumstances do not determine my destiny, do not determine my fate.
Lord, I thank You that You give us the power by the help of your Holy Spirit to have our mind renewed to the mind of Christ Jesus! We are being renewed in our mind and transformed in our spirit, breaking free from the lying thoughts of the enemy to be the person that God created us to be!

In today's lesson, I'm gonna give you some tactics. I'm going to give you some things that are going to help you because they're Jesus, what he did, he used relatable ideas of parables and things that would help people to become aware of what was happening to them, so that they can get to the place of being home.
I'm going to talk about the brain and how it operates so that you're able to use these certain practices to bring healing to yourself, and to make sure that you are whole, and to also do what help somebody else along the way.
1 Peter 1:13
Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
God wants us to know the revelation of Jesus Christ. He came to this earth for the purpose of letting us know that God wants to connect with us, build relationship with us, and He wants us to recognize that life was giving to us to live abundantly!

John 3:16
"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
This is why Jesus did with purpose, with us on mind, so that it can be revealed to us what He did, so that we can live life and understand.
Yes, there are going to be trials, and there's going to be tribulations, but through the hope and knowing that His sacrifice and a ransom was given so that we can be delivered, set free, healed, and live with hope!
You were not created to be stuck in a past circumstances. Hold on to your hope, hold on to your faith, it is possible to be made whole. Heed the counsel of the Savior!

Romans 15:13
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost.
Hope is what's going to keep our joy and peace. The enemy comes to kill, to steal and to destroy. He does not want you to have peace. He does not want you to have joy. So that's why evil spirits repeatedly inspire thoughts to keep our minds on adverse circumstances that we had no control over.
Evil spirits tempt us to be disgruntled and angry where we feel like we can't do anything because of what happened to us when we were younger. The enemy wants to keep us stuck there.
The Word of God lets us know, "the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope", meaning that despite everything else, when you abound in hope, you are telling yourself that you can make it another day. You are saying and believing, "I can come up out of this", when you are bound in hope, you are saying "I have the ability to be set free", when you abound in hope, you are saying "no, what somebody tried to label me, what somebody tried to condition me to be, that is not so that's not what I want to be, and I can be made whole!"
Through the power of the Holy Ghost. It's not by our will. It is not by our power. It is not by who we are. It's through the power of the Holy Ghost!
Yes, you can. Yes, you can.
